Booking, supply, recovery and accounts. One software.
OmniSync ERP follows the way a distribution house really works: order bookers take orders on the phone, the office finalizes them, vans supply, recovery comes back, and the day closes with the cash counted.
Everything a distribution house does in a day
Not a general accounts package with a sales module added on. The screens, the numbers and the day-end are built around bookers, supplymen, shops and companies.
Booking and van sales
Orders arrive as saved invoices, with a stock check per booking. Office edits, fits to stock and finalizes. Earlier bookings get stock first.
Recovery and cheques
Cash, cheque and bank receipts against the shop's open bills. Cheques due, deposited and bounced are tracked, and every receipt has its own voucher.
Purchase and stock
Purchase invoices with advance tax, supplier payments and cheques, returns, batches, stock transfers and stock counts across warehouses and vans.
Price lists and schemes
Price lists per shop group, discount and bonus schemes by company or product, cash discount and early-payment terms. The phone shows live scheme results.
Accounts you can trust
Every invoice, receipt and expense posts to the books. Cash book, bank book, ledgers and trial balance read from the same entries, and a built-in audit checks that they agree.
Day close and reports
Supply settlement, cash handover per person, shortages, and a day close with the cash counted. Sales, recovery, aging and company-wise reports in one place.
Works in the market, even where the signal does not
Sync in the morning and the booker has the shops, products, prices, schemes and balances on the phone. Orders and receipts are saved on the phone and go to the office on their own when the internet comes back.
- Offline first. Take orders, record visits and collect money with no internet.
- No double entries. Every order and receipt carries its own ID, so a retry never creates a copy.
- Urdu and English, light and dark mode, and a PIN or fingerprint lock.
- Same rules as the office. The phone uses the software's own prices, schemes and checks.
From the booker's order to a closed day
Each step has its own screen and its own record, so when a number looks wrong you can see where it came from.
Book
Order bookers take orders on the phone, online or offline.
Finalize
Office checks stock and rates, edits if needed, and finalizes the saved invoices.
Supply
Supplymen deliver by area. Extra invoices, returns and cash are settled on return.
Recover
Receipts are collected against bills and finalized into vouchers.
Close the day
Cash is counted, shortages are recorded, and the books are checked.
